"Jeff made our first time home buying experience successful and enjoyable. We feel extremely fortunate to have him as our realtor. He went above and beyond on a number of occasions. We always felt he had our best interests at heart. A few specifics that 'wow'ed us:1. He made himself available at times that worked best for us, even under short notice - even if it meant meeting us between the times he dropped off and picked up his kids for practice.2. He didn't feel "pushy" to buy a house at all, even though we know it's in a realtor's best interest to get us to buy. He actually discouraged us from making a buy that we would've overpaid for. We ended up with a much better house at a better price weeks later. We owe a happier future to him!3. He was patient and took time to explain the process to us since we were first time home buyers.4. This was a strange time to buy a house in a buyers market. The dynamics of our purchase were unusual with closing costs, multiple offers within a couple days, etc. He navigated it extremely well and helped us make decisions that worked best for us.If we stay in the area and buy another house, we won't hesitate to work with Jeff again."

"We were referred to Jeff by a classmate of mine also in Real Estate. I am really happy she introduced us to him. We relocated from Washington State, we only had a week to find, make an offer and buy a house. Jeff was ready to assist in our quest. We arrived Monday morning in early August and in 2.5 days we saw 30 plus homes. By the end of the week we were able to make two offers and buy one of them.
